Annual General
Meeting:
The AOHL
Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday April 4th, 2012
at the Ajax Community Center (room TBA) at 7:30 PM. This is an
opportunity for players to join your League Executive and ask questions,
make suggestions and vote on any motions pertinent to the running of the
league. Please let your Team Rep know if you plan to attend. Agenda will
be posted here in the next week.

Party:
Once again our party
was held at the Ajax Legion
on Hunt St. and was catered by Boston Pizza - Ajax.
The food was great, prizes were raffled, and a good time was had by all.

◊ Congratulations to Remax, Winners of the Kerr
Division Playoff Championship. Special mention to
Rodman`s
Heating who were tied in
points and wins, but lost the head-to-head game.
◊ Congratulations to Brad Elliott, the Playoff Scoring
Champion, Kerr Division.
◊ Congratulations to Heritage Market Pharmacy, Winners of the Clute
Division Playoff Championship. Special mention to D.A. Services
who were tied in points, but had fewer wins than Heritage Market
Pharmacy.
◊ Congratulations to Wayne Murphy, the Playoff Scoring
Champion, Clute Division. Special mention to Bruce Perkins
who was tied in point with Wayne but had fewer goals.
◊ Congratulations to Total Rehab, Winners of the Kerr
Division Regular Season Championship and the Regular Season Goalie
title.
◊ Congratulations to Wayne Kennedy, the scoring
Champion of the Kerr Division with 41 Goals and 22 Assists. Special
mentions to Randy Kirton for
achieving top-10 points with no penalties (no this is not a mis-print).
◊ Congratulations to Heritage Market Pharmacy, Winners of the Clute
Division Regular Season Championship and the Regular Season Goalie
title.
◊ Congratulations to Gil Laflamme, once again the scoring
Champion of the Clute Division with 31 Goals and 13 Assists. Special
mentions to Ted Masters and John Fletcher for
achieving top-10 points with no penalties.
◊ Major Penalties: There were some dangerous plays this
season and all players should recognize that all major penalties are
reviewed by the AOHL Executive and supplemental discipline is often
imposed. We use the CARHA rules, but have often imposed additional
penalties based on Executive review. Slewfoots, Headshots, and other
dangerous plays will not be tolerated and we will do whatever is required
to keep the AOHL a safe and fun place to play!
